I recently used Michael’s estate agents to rent my property on a find a tenant basis. This is the 2nd time I have used them as they always find me a tenant quickly, they respond to my emails and/or phone calls and they are professional and friendly. They are also very competitive in the market, after getting a few quotes I found them to be the best priced. I’d highly recommend them.
I recently used Michael’s Estates for the letting of my flat. Initially my intention was to appoint them for a tenant finding fee basis only. I was very impressed with the communication throughout the process and the fact that they managed to let the property in good time and with robust checks having taken place. I now have a good tenant in place. One of the individuals from the Letting team approached me to discuss a fully managed service. This is something I have been reluctant to do in the past as I didn’t find it value for money. He offered me a trial option on a six months basis and I can confirm the service to date has been excellent.
